What We Are

The Western Institute of Technology @ Taranaki Student Association is an incorporated society that is;

• Funded by the students of the Western Institute of Technology @ Taranaki
• Run by a voluntary committee of students elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Western Institute of Technology @ Taranaki Student Association
• An organisation concerned with the welfare and representation of students of the Western Institute of Technology @ Taranaki

We were voted a compulsory campus in 1999 so the majority of students belong to the Student Association.

The Association employs a Managing Secretary and a Customer Services Officer to see to the day to day running of the office and shop.
